I agree with Michael on that the Host is only the Host nothing else.  Why
else would you put VM's in place.  I know the State price on licensing of
Server Standard and even on my very constricted budget I can the one of
those through.  Move those rolls to a seperate VM and then go back and see
if you still have the problem.
