I tested their Puredisk product in house and was unable to get it to backup a Linux or Solaris host at all. Tech support was unacceptable. On the other hand, my experience with Iron Mountain was also bad but we did not use them for anything other than off site tape and document storage. They couldn't even do that well so we moved to SafeSite for that service.
