I'm running mine on a P4 4Ghz, with 2Gb of Ram, I'm at 32 users, I'm also running Microsoft WSUS and Webtrends on the same server, the biggest problem I have right now is drive space, WSUS takes a lot of Disk space and the BES server logs all kinds of useful / useless information and can add up if you don't monitor disk space.
