But to answer your question. We use a Public Calendar and then we invite the individual to whom is required to do the work. This way the admin has a centralized calendar that we can see easily and each person gets it on their own, which is advantageous for BB, Windows Mobile, etc.. using categories and such you can easily create multiple views for different people on the centralized calendar. You can do a reoccurring calendar appt, but you cannot bill it if you are using Office Accounting to track time and generate invoices.
