PowerToys not installed. Nothing significant/correlating in the event viewer.
Don't have good details on the process leading up to the issue. One user is insistent that they rebooted upon leaving for the day, but walked away before getting confirmation that the process started or completed. UPHClean is being installed on a couple of the machines to see if that helps. Discussing the problem with another tech savvy user in the building revealed that it happened on his home PC a couple of times in the past week. Will let you know what if/when we find resolution.
