Anyone here on the Dell Fast Parts Direct service for ordering your own
replacement parts?

 

We spent months trying to get hold of someone in Dell who could help us,
we got the forms, filled them out with all the tag numbers, then the
chap in question left Dell !! No one seems to know who to speak to now
about things, and the email address our account manager has for the
department in question comes back saying it's closed L

 

Anyone got a contact we can speak to  ?
