Put the BB server on VM makes it easy to clone, failover, Snapshot etc

Knife edge cutover is BB's term for moving a BES from hardware to other 
hardware.  I haven't done it, but their instructions seem convoluted and

the tasks quite laborious.  I think that they call it knife-edge cutover

because they do not allow you to ever have more than one server live 
with the same SRP identifier...or they shut you down and your BB's stop 
working.
