I spend the last week upgrading my 200+ users to 3, my servers are still on v2. It was not an easy process! Because they tech support stinks, however ones I figured out how to setup my v2 clients to get the update from the new v3RAC Console, thing went reasonably well. My biggest beef with ESET is the almost totally different tree layout in the client and in the ESET configuration editor, takes a bit to figure out. Also my AutoDesk Inventor users had to have C:\Program Files\Autodesk\ excluded for inventor to work. I was also struggling with my laptop configurations and finally realized that I had to have the default update profile active and just added an OutOfTheOffice setup to go direct to ESET for updates when on the road. However it's working good now.

Did it update the clients as well, or did you have to uninstall/push them out? What happened to their support this year?
