I installed a parallel server and then removed agents from one and added them to the new server. Installs for Vista have been a major pain. Setting up the Agent was much harder than with version 1. I am looking at replacement despite the fact it is good. I just can't stand all the extra work to deal with it. I have requested a quote to extend our contract 3 times over the last 2 months and not received even one reply let alone a quote. They don't want to quote me I know other vendors happy to quote me. My Vipre quote is going to be hard to beat at the moment.
