If you have a Linux distro that you can setup on both ends to test, that would be optimal as Windows periodically has problems with TCP Window Scaling. What tools does everyone use to test speeds? Outside of things like speedtest.net or websites like that? FTP Test? SSH? SCP? I just want to do some sort of measurement that will give me a good idea, it seems that our top speed right now is 3-5 MB/sec which is horrid. Thx!
