Subject: Local Users and Groups... Remotely?

What services are needed to access Local Users and Groups via Computer
Management remotely?

I can see everything else, but there is a big fat ugly red X over Local
Users and Groups on this XP box.

I killed the firewall, RPC and remote registry are started...

Or, anyone know any command line goodness so I can psexec / add an admin to
the machine?

Tia, Sam
