Subject: Split Tunnelling and SBS 2003 Server?

When using Small Business Server 2003's built in VPN, when a remote
user is connected to the VPN, they are unable to browse the internet.
How can I enable users to browse the internet when connected to the
VPN? Ideally I'd like to use split-tunnelling.
