The rule of demo's is assume nothing will work. So even if boss boss says it will work, what will the guy do if it doesn't?

My boss's boss want to use it to access a web site during a convention next month in the Chicago convention center. His boss says his cell phone work there, so the data service should work there too. I not so sure it that is true. wireless service in the booth is not cheap ($1000/day) for the 4 day conversion. Has any one tried to do cell data in Chicago convention center(McCormick Place)?
