Hi Chris, 

Saw lots of comments but didn't see anyone answer your question. I have
also purchased VIPRE but still have 100+ users on SAV (still migrating due
to un-install issues). Yes, a 10.2 client will report and pull defs from a
10.1 host. Been doing it ever since Vista. You won't have any issues in
that area. 64 bit clients get a little trickier but they can be handled by
a 32 bit 10.1 host too.
