I finished my sysprep for both the E6400 AHCI and IRRT and the Dell OP760 series late last month. I believe you need to drop the "&CC_0106" on it but I would have to look at mine to know for sure. I am not in the office today so if someone else does not help out by then, then I will post it tomorrow. Also I may be wrong again but "BuildMassStorageSection = YES" I believe will overwrite your custom [SysprepMassStorage].
I have my sysprep run by a batch files these days but when I am adding new drives for storage I run it manually and tell it not to reboot. If it finishes correctly you are good to go if you gave it the right drivers. If it fails on the drivers then you should see a error message that reference not being able to update the registry or something on that line.
