I haven't used it in a year or so, but that was my experience the eopen site
most of the time.  I could get in, but license queries would usually
timeout, making the site useless for me.  I emailed a rant about it once,
but got the standard, "we're sorry, here's how to clear your cookies and
empty your temporary files" response....
