mine coming up in March so I'm starting to study now. Although, he might stay 
on SBS2K3....

Sorry this doesn't help, but I have a client moving to new hardware, but what I 
am doing is VM-ing their SBS2K3 server onto a 2008 Server with Hyper-V. When I 
migrate them to SBS2K8 it will be done with VM's.

Please do send an update next week on how it goes (here or off-list is fine).

I have just finished reading the article and will do a migration from 2003 to 
2008 (new hardware) this weekend.

Anyone have experience with this?  Did you run into any problems?
