Google "PSU calculator".   Lots of them out there, you input the hardware, it 
tells you how many watts you need.

I have some micro-ATX PC cases that I really like the size of, and one of them 
has 2003 Server that I want to upgrade to dual core 64-bit CPU and 8GB of RAM. 
Power supply is 300W, how much CPU can I get away with? I would be using just 
one SATA drive, onboard NIC and video.  Not having much luck on Google-Fu - the 
closest I can approximate is looking at barebones stuff..
