http://www.ilient.com/ is decent (later versions aren't as easy for me as earlier ones). It has poor-man's SMS inventory collection features as well.

Hi all. I'm looking for recommendations for a new ticketing system. We have outgrown our current, very basic system (http://www.troubleticketexpress.com). What we like right now is it is easy for anyone to enter a ticket. you just go to a webpage, fill the form out and done. Anyone can do it and you don't need to register an account. Makes it easy for even the most basic users. What it is woefully missing is any decent review or reporting capabilities. As our clients have grown (and spend more money with us), they would also like to be able to review all tickets for their company. The complicated part seems to be multiple clients. Some pretty large (200 users), some just two person small businesses. The clients with 25 to 200 users obviously are spending more money and would like to have a better grasp of what issues their users are reporting. I don't like the idea of a solution that allows a client login that somehow enumerates to the user who our other clients are or how many tickets we have with other clients. An example of this being, I wouldn't want a login that makes you pick what company you are with based on a drop down box. So, what do you other IT people with multiple clients use for ticketing? Are you happy with it? Thanks.
