There is a COM object that makes those things available via vbscript. Google
for exipsec.

I believe that info is stored in the IIS Metabase. IIS6 uses an XML file,
older versions are binary and need metaedit to manipulate manually or via
script.

Hi,

When you set up Exchange to filter the allowed IP list for the SMTP virtual
server, where does it hold those entries?

I have a bunch of servers to lock down and its getting really tiresome doing
it manually on each one, it'd be dead handy to have a file or reg entry to
edit.
