Coolio... although weird at the same time. When I go to that site
through our datacenter it works fine, without https.

When I try to open <http://www.backgroundchecks.com/> in MSIE 6, I
get an empty page. In Firefox 3.0.5, I get a browser error message,
"Content Encoding Error: The page you are trying to view cannot be
shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression.".
If I use <https://www.backgroundchecks.com/> in either browser, it
appears to work fine.

So I'm going to say "blame the site" as a first pass. They're
apparently doing something funny.

(Thanks for changing the Subject field.)
