Had a similar thing happen to a prior customer of mine. Hotel reservation system was blocking their customer (an Inn). Apparently an infected computer was spamming the hotel reservation system email address, and the hosting company blocked the domain because of some kind of mismatch with the email address and FQDN. They never explained it really, took a week before they resolve it, because the reservations were not working right and some sales person was worried about loosing a customer.
