Had a similar thing happen to a prior customer of mine. Hotel reservation
system was blocking their customer (an Inn). Apparently an infected computer
was spamming the hotel reservation system email address, and the hosting
company blocked the domain because of some kind of mismatch with the email
address and FQDN. They never explained it really, took a week before they
resolve it, because the reservations were not working right and some sales
person was worried about loosing a customer.

The site is www.backgroundchecks.com. I can access this site from
outside our network without using the https. But when I try to access
the site, within the network, it goes to a google search. Then when you
click on then link, it gives you "This page cannot be displayed". The
site and their IP have been added to a whitelist in the firewall.

Don't hijack threads. Change the "Subject" field when you change the
subject.

What's the web site? Maybe the web site itself requires HTTPS.
