They can cancel opening the Excel file and reopen it the second time without the message popping up. The file server is Windows 2003 R2 SP2 Users are on a mix of Office XP and Office 2003 fully patched. This happens for local machine installs as well as Citrix users. The Excel files are not shared workbooks.
