I have an issue where some users are reporting that the Excel files they access on the network are locked. They can cancel opening the Excel file and reopen it the second time without the message popping up. The file server is Windows 2003 R2 SP2 Users are on a mix of Office XP and Office 2003 fully patched. This happens for local machine installs as well as Citrix users.
