It's not, IMVHO, best practice to choose a particular machine with
which to synch.

Try your country's two letter country code in pool.ntp.org - I use
us.pool.ntp.org - or simply pool.ntp.org itself.

It's a round-robin, of if one machine is down or off or suffering from
a DDoS, you will get another. soon enough.
