We use vReplicator and are pretty happy with it. It is reliable. We replicate a SAN to a DAS environment for DR. The only issue I have seen is the ridiculous annual price. It is one of those "% of current MSRP" nonsense pricing schemes. That basically means that each year they can charge whatever they like
