What is the OS? I know with Vista hardware profiles are gone, so is this an issue in that regard? I haven't got the dock yet but am going to soon. What exactly is going on with the monitors? Wat is the new procedure like? When I hot dock our one D520 the monitor always comes up at the wrong resolution requiring a reboot anyway.
