Oh as a follow up on this, if I view his mailbox in OWA its in html just
perfect. His outlook, is plain text and the berry is in plain text.

I upgraded him from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007 and didn't fix the problem
on the workstation.

Has to be a setting somewhere that is forcing him to read all in plain text.

Hmm, in the toolbar it justs says Message (Plain Text) however the guy next
to him will say Message - HTML

I didn't see a 'converted' message anywhere. I think this is a BES issue
with v 4.1 and his BB doesn't support html so it converts it right in his
mailbox.

I don't have any proof just a hunch at this point.

But even if that was the case it would say This message was converted to
Plain text in a line(probably Blue) at the top of the email. If you click
on that line it will then open the HTML. It sounds like it is not even
saying that?

I have an 85 user office, everyone runs xp sp3 and outlook 2003. Everything
works except the owner. He has 2 computers one on the sales floor and one in
the office, and hes the only BES user. Both computers show the emails in
only plain text. He is the only user affected.

All his emails come in as plain text, even though html is selected. If he
receives an html mail from another user it will be in plain text when he
gets it. I tried opening in Word and in the Outlook viewer, its always
(Plain Text) at the top, even though the same email can go to all employees
and show up as HTML and looks right.

Today I thought I would test Outlook 2007 but it didn't fix it.
