I installed one very recently, and am happy with it - my troubles were
definitely self-inflicted. Support was a bit snippy with me, but once
I figured out that I had two machines fighting over the same external
IP address, it was pretty straightforward.

*That* was fairly embarrassing.

I've got clients using both the ActiveX and Java clients for RDP, and
Java for the file shares, but I haven't set up any web site forwarding
yet, nor the NetExtender. Have to do that soon.
