I installed one very recently, and am happy with it - my troubles were definitely self-inflicted. Support was a bit snippy with me, but once I figured out that I had two machines fighting over the same external IP address, it was pretty straightforward. *That* was fairly embarrassing. I've got clients using both the ActiveX and Java clients for RDP, and Java for the file shares, but I haven't set up any web site forwarding yet, nor the NetExtender. Have to do that soon.
