Your Office (subnet 3)

If you wanted to isolate your office network then hang it off the firewall not
the router.

So basically you would set it up this way at the datacenter for our server
rack...

ISP -> Datacenter Firewall -> router on our rack = one subnet?

The datacenter that hosts our server rack also hosts other companies servers on
different racks... which our network can't see theirs and we can't see theirs.
