800 bucks is cheap in my book but everyone has their own number...

Cheap? Enterprise costs more than my actual seat of windows :)
Check out OpenSSH for windows. AFAIK it does this.

VShell is the Windows SSH server really - it's cheap too.

Subject: SSHd on a Windows box with AD Integration

Has anyone set up an SSHd server on a Windows box with Active Directory
authentication? I have taken a look at freeSSHd and it seems fairly straight
forward but doesn't have AD integration. I would prefer a free solution but if
there is not a good free solution, then maybe a CHEAP solution will work too.

Also, OpenSSH would not be ideal since it runs with Cygwin and those who will
maintain this are not Linux/Unix people.

Thanks!
