Has anyone ever heard of defragging or compacting the ntds.dit file once a month? According to these videos I have to study from, the guy sez once a month, heck I never did it and non of the engineers here has ever heard of doing it. It's not like we have a revolving door here, 2 or 3 accounts a month.
