Just to add more to my undying love of Symantec: I'm currently
trying to get Symantec Endpoint Protection working. (Now really the
product I wanted, but the situation's complicated.) Anyway, I'm
having a technical issue with their update engine (shocker). So I go
to log in to the Symantec "MySupport" site to submit a case. I enter
my credentials, and I get a web page with a message that says:
An error occurred in the "MySupport" application. Try again, or
contact support for assistance.
So not only is their software broken, and not only is the software
I'm supposed to use to fix their broken software broken, the software
I'm supposed to use to get help with the broken software I'm supposed
to use to fix their broken software is also broken.
Way to go Symantec.
