Have to relate a story about McAfee from earlier this week. User opened up one of the e-card notices out of quarantine and launched the attachment (yeah, I know). McAfee was loaded on the desktop and immediately started finding some spawned files (related to Vundo) but couldn't find the source. We took the machine offline and had it up without a network connection the next day, and finally, it was able to find the source file and clean it. Needless to say, we are pretty damn far from impressed.....
