What's your application?
Sandisk Cruzers can be encrypted, and also have some software for central
management/deployment to manage the encryption.  Additionally PGP Whole Disk
Encryption support Encrypted USB memory devices.

For our environment, because we may need an auditor to give the device to
the client, we were leaning towards the Sandisk Cruzers, where the auditor
could enter their password to unlock the drive when on a client's computer
to get the data/worksheets they need.  IIRC, they did not require admin
access to run (a requirement, because of my planned internal security model
change, and because I couldn't ensure that the client's computer wasn't
locked down, either), but I abandoned the project because I couldn't
convince the partners for the need at the time, that's slowly starting to
change as I educate them about security.  I'll pick up the research again
for my 2010 budget.
