Yes, it did. He had been previously having them call the firm's number and trying to conference them in with our phone system, which was antiquated when it was purchased and doesn't handle more than three lines well.
My complaint is that the software installs to the profile and requires admin rights to install, so I had some trouble installing it. I don't understand why it wouldn't install to the Program Files folder.
