we use netbotz from apc. there is a water sensor option. highly recommend netbotz for ease of installation and ease of use. the camera and motion detector are pretty cool tool. sends a snapshot to your email. paid about $1000

How do you guys detect the water issue if this event happens at sa2am? We had a filter break in our kitchen and it flooded a few offices below.
