Subject: Vista to Windows 2003 and then RD to Vista x86Mouse slow

If I RD to my Vista Ultimate from an Windows 2003 server the Mouse
responds very poorly, hesitated then moves etc.

I have tried the netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled but
no difference also the netsh interface tcp set global rss=disabled.

With no difference, Google is running out of options, anyone else with
the same problem and a possible solution.?

BTW the desktop is solid color.
