Now as you mentioned it the Mouse behaves exactly like VMWare without the tools 
installed!
Ok, the initial host is a VM Windows 2003 x64that I IP into over the internet, 
then I RD from that VM to my physical Vista machine.
RDing into other servers or XP, VM or physical no problem just my Vista, I have 
not tried other Vista PC's, I'll try that tonight.

Hardware Acceleration settings?  Are any machines Virtual?  If so, VM Tools 
installed?

If I RD to my Vista Ultimate from an Windows 2003 server the Mouse responds 
very poorly, hesitated then moves etc.
I have tried the netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled but no 
difference also the netsh interface tcp set global rss=disabled.
With no difference, Google is running out of options, anyone else with the same 
problem and a possible solution.?
BTW the desktop is solid color.
