We do this with Dell Dimension 630's and a docking station on Vista.
I did have to disable the TMM task, but that's a Vista thing. Ours
use "nVIDIA Graphics Driver A00" from Dell. About every three months
after patch Tuesday 1 of our 20 some odd 630's will get confused about
external monitors. It may swap them or forget about one of them, but
its pretty rare. Dell released a statement about that. I will see if
I can dig it up.
