I have seen the advice to use the intel/nvidia/ati software in the control panel to set it instead of the display settings and for me that worked better.

We never had a problem with A05 other than the one you describe. - Updated the nvidia drivers from A00 to A02 - Disabled the TMM task The video settings in the BIOS are at default for us. We use this same docking station.
