I have a few people on carbonite now and seems to work pretty well, unlimited for 55 bucks/year.

I just talked to one of their reps. They don't have agents for exchange and SQL. Not really a big deal since I can use NTBackup for exchange and maintenance jobs for SQL. The price makes it look nice. Going to do some testing.
