Yes I know and am VERY bummed about that. Fortunately this client is still on 2003 and I don't see them having the budget to upgrade any time soon.
As for Mozy not having any agents for SQL and Exchange... I dug a little deeper and they do claim to be able to back them up, however their backup does not integrate with them and for exchange it will not purge the logs.
