Hi Folks, MS Access Office XP on Windows XP SP3. Some users are now reporting the get an access denied error when attempting to open an access database on one of our shared folders (Netware drive, actually). I can't tell but I think one of the recent MS patches may have caused it. Here's the error: ********** Microsoft Access cannot open this file. The file is located outside your intranet or on an untrusted site. Microsoft Access will not open the file due to potential security problems. ************ If the user copies the file to his/her desktop, it opens fine. I've seen this before, but none of the suggestions via Google really fix the problem. Thinking it's related to IE, I reset the settings, but that has not changed. I don't have the error, and I think it's profile related (I can log onto the user's destop and open the file), but I hate to blow away a profile Suggestions?
