Yep, if they are only laying off 3 to 5000 people out of 95k you would think 
they go for the fat-cat useless types first. Every companies got a few thousand 
of those laying around :) If nothing else Steve brings security credibility in 
a very public way to a company that sorely needs it. When your unix friends 
laugh at MS security at least we had Steve to shut them up. Someone high 
profile enogh that both sides can agree with.
