Yup, the first time I saw him speak, I almost didn't pay attention to what
he was saying because of how he looked, shorts, flip-flops, t-shirt and the
hair was a variety of colors other than blond.  I ended up with several
pages of notes that became the basis of our security structure in our new
Active Directory domain.

I'm sure that as high profile as he was at MS, that his severance package
was a very good one.
