Heh, no problem..  well, all confusion about terminology aside - I just
tested this on my Vista Business laptop which is joined to a domain.  If I
run the command the first time (/savecred, local account, etc) while on the
network, give it the password, I can then unplug my network cable and the
same command works without prompting for a password..
