I just downloaded the Vista SP2 DVD from eOpen. The file is named:
SW_DVD5_Windows_Vista_Business_32BIT_English_Full_Int_SP2_MLF_X15-39889.ISO
Upon running setup.exe, the title window for the license agreement reads:
WINDOWS VISTA BUSINESS SERVICE PACK 2
So at least for me, there is only one version on the disc.

The Volume License Media disc images I have downloaded from eOpen
(or whatever Microsoft's calling it now) offer the option to install
any edition of Vista. You just provide a matching Volume License Key.
Come to think of it... I don't think I've ever actually booted one
of the Dell OEM Vista discs. :) That's one drawback to managed IT,
you loose touch with stuff that isn't your custom environment...
