Has anyone experience any issues with slowness after placing Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 on a VM Box? To use the infamous words from Citrix Consulting and Support - It Depends (surprised they haven't trademarked that phrase). What type of "VM" Box? How many processors for the VM? How much RAM for the VM? How many users are you trying to get on the VM? What is the disk sub-system? How many applications are you running in the VM? What kinds of applications are you running in the VM? What type of Data Store are you using for Citrix? i.e. Access, MSDE, SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 What is the base OS for the VM? What OS service pack is installed? What Hotfix Rollup Pack do you have installed for PS4? Do you have AV SW installed in the VM? If so, what are you excluding from scans? That is enough for the 1st round of questions. I have a LOT more questions since you gave us only one very small piece of info (that you are using PS4).
