Not just the CEO is involved in the Vipre forums, but their support staff as well. I've posted a couple of questions in the Ninja Email Security forums and typically the first responses are from Sunbelt support staff, I've seen the same in the Vipre forums as well. We're in the process this week of purchasing Vipre to replace McAfee.
